The Brief
Investors had recognised potential for this existing 28 bedroom golf and country hotel complex in Liphook, Hampshire, to be developed into a luxury resort providing leisure, hospitality, events and wedding facilities.
Our Solution
Working on behalf of the lead Architect, we provided design support and full drawing packages for the design, planning, technical and construction stages. The works consisted of a new hotel block, leisure centre and luxury apartments as well as major extension works to the main hotel building which includes a wedding venue, sports bar and restaurants.
The new leisure centre built over the existing swimming pool, was designed with exposed curved steelwork to create an industrial look, whilst the fully glazed wall overlooks the natural greenery of the golf course.
