The Brief

A tired, run down auction house currently sits on a prime location overlooking the canal adjacent to a car park, cinema and theatre. Our instruction was to introduce something to utilise the desirable area and high footfall, that provides a welcome respite along the tow path for shoppers, an inspirational office environment and beautiful luxury apartments.

Our Solution

High property values and rental yield in the area for residential, commercial and retail provided the opportunity to produce a mixed use property which caters for the various business in the city. The Ground floor comprises of retail units and a cafe whilst the first and second floors are a combination of commercial and residential. The building nestles on the edge of the canal creating a peaceful sitting area and view.
