The client approached us to undertake the refurbishment of an existing home in Berkshire, which lacked cohesion, natural light and an efficient layout. Our Solution

Our design focused on a comprehensive internal reconfiguration, rationalising the layout to create clearer connections and a more intuitive flow throughout the home. Key living areas were opened up and reorganised to maximise usability, while alterations to fenestration introduced larger and better-positioned openings to increase natural light and strengthen the relationship with the outdoors.

Alongside the spatial changes, a full refurbishment introduced a refined material palette and updated detailing, elevating the overall architectural quality of the house. Careful coordination ensured that the existing structure and new interventions worked seamlessly together.
