Tuscany Way

An extensive internal reconfiguration and large mezzanine floor, aimed to maximise the space and interior footprint.

+ Project Overview

Yateley, Berkshire

2025

The Brief

The client sought to transform a commercial premises on Tuscany Way into a functional, contemporary business environment that supports day-to-day operations and enhances customer experience. The existing space lacked usable floor area and required a more efficient layout to accommodate the needs of the business. With extensive experience in commercial architecture, we were appointed to deliver a design that improves capacity, circulation and overall presentation while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.

Our Solution

Our design focused on a comprehensive internal reconfiguration, including the introduction of a large mezzanine floor to significantly increase usable space and maximise the building’s volume. This intervention allowed for a clear separation of functions, improving operational efficiency while making better use of the existing footprint.

The layout was carefully organised to create defined zones for staff and customer use, with improved circulation throughout. A contemporary design language was introduced through a refined material palette, lighting strategy and detailing, elevating the overall quality of the space.

The result is a well-structured and highly functional commercial environment that demonstrates the value of working with experienced commercial architectural designers in Hampshire. By introducing the mezzanine and rationalising the layout, the project delivers increased capacity, improved workflow and a modern, professional setting for the business.
