WHAT WAS THE BRIEF?
The site is located on a generous plot surrounded by beautiful woodland and a nearby river. The original building had untapped potential for a larger property more suitable for modern family living.
OUR SOLUTION
A large ground and first floor extension with complete remodel allowed us to create a 5 bed, 3 bath home with extensive open plan living, separate TV room, study and boots room. Views over the generous garden are offered to the open plan space and master suite with bi-folding doors and a Juliet balcony. Externally the property takes on a farmhouse esq style with beautiful waney edge cladding and oak structure.
